This quick guide is intended for all guests invited to events organized by our association. It is a light version of the regulations that apply to our members.
More complete and detailed information will be provided through the specific regulations of the event you will be attending.
What follows summarizes the basic guidelines for taking part in one of our events.
TIME CONTEXT
The reference period for our events is between 1450 and 1490.
Participants are therefore required to use clothing and equipment consistent with this chronological range, referring as much as possible to the styles typical of their area of origin.
CLOTHING
As regards clothing, the essential attire required to represent your male or female character must be appropriate to the type of event and the relevant social status.

Variations in clothing based on the participants’ nationality are allowed, provided they are consistent with the reference period.
PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
You must have the equipment necessary to take part in the event and to correctly recreate the proposed character.

WEAPONS AND PROTECTIVE GEAR
Depending on the type of event, you will be informed about which weapons and protective gear are permitted.

MODERN OBJECTS AND NEEDS
Within the event area, the use of modern bags, backpacks, or containers is not allowed.
These may be used exclusively for transport upon arrival and must then be left outside the event area.
The presence of modern objects is not permitted.
Exceptions are allowed only for personal necessities (medications, contact lenses, or similar devices), which must be stored out of sight in appropriate pouches.
Coffee and cigarettes are not permitted.
The organization reserves the right, depending on the type of event, to designate specific areas where smoking may be allowed.
Any such exceptions are entirely at the organizer’s discretion.
The use of mobile phones is prohibited.
If, for work or family reasons, checking the phone is absolutely necessary, the device must be kept on silent mode, stored in your pouch, and used only in cases of real necessity. Any phone calls must be made exclusively outside the event area.
BEHAVIOR DURING THE EVENT
Taking part in one of our events means sharing, with passion and a spirit of cooperation, what for all of us is a hobby.
For this reason, in the event of problems, doubts, or needs, you must always refer to your team leader, who represents the first point of contact with the organization.
We wish to remind you that the proposed experience is, in all respects, a full-time historical reenactment.
While maintaining a cooperative and helpful atmosphere, there is one fundamental rule that allows no exceptions: orders must be followed.
Participation implies acceptance of this simple rule; otherwise, anyone is free to withdraw from the event.
Any violations or inappropriate behavior will be assessed by the organization and may result in measures proportional to the seriousness of the situation, ranging from a formal warning to exclusion from the event (current and future).
